Test sample Cylinder A diameter 86mm  Cylinder A area 5,800mm2

For Load bearing Hempcrete require compressive strength 4-7MPa (N/mm2)

Test load if sample compressive strength is 6MPa then F=6*5,800=34,800N                 F=3.48tonne applied to Cylinder A, if not failing then =>6MPa.

Test load if sample compressive strength is 4MPa then F=4*5,800=23,200N
F=2.32tonne applied to Cylinder A if not failing then =>4MPa.

Compression Test Rig
5″ cylinder 127mm dia. A=12,660mm2 (Hydraulic pressure 1000psi = 6.89MPa)

Force applied at pressure 1,000psi F=6.89*12,661=87,234N

If test sample can survive 8.72 tonne over Cylinder A area 5,800mm2 then its compressive strength is =>15.04MPa (N/mm2)

At hydraulic pressure 500psi force applied =43,617N.
If test sample can survive 4.36tonne over Cylinder A area 5,800mm2 then its compressive strength is =>7.5MPa (N/mm2)

At hydraulic pressure 100psi force applied =8,723N.
If test sample can survive 872kg over Cylinder A area 5,800mm2 then its compressive strength is =>1.50N/mm2 ca 1.5MPa

Adjustable Relief valve 100 to 1500 psi
